The Tri-CAP VITA Coalition was formed to provide free tax preparation services for low-wage earners in Malden, Medford, Everett, and surrounding communities. Our staff of volunteers have been trained and certified by the IRS to prepare your tax returns. In addition, we provide financial literacy training and releated services throughout the year.

When you call us, leave a message telling us your name, phone #, best time to reach you, and that you want your taxes done. Our specially trained volunteers have already begun calling people back to conduct the Intake interview and schedule appointments.
Call 1-866-833-2823 (toll free) only once. If you don't hear back within 10 days, then you can call again. But please do not call back repeatedly. That only delays our ability to process all the calls and call you back.
